It's hard to tell whether any tiredness I've felt was due to June Bug or travel, so it kind of didn't matter. I slept when I could, and we managed just fine.
My appetite definitely went from 0-60 since leaving the States on December 2nd, and it's a nice state of being, especially at Christmas time!
